Create a workout routine according to the needs of the body, how to know which is right for you?

 Everyone's physique is different, so you have to create your own workout routine accordingly.



It is a good habit to exercise or workout to keep the body fit. Regular exercise not only keeps the body fresh and fit, but also provides energy to cope with the hectic pace of the day. But it is one thing to be physically motivated by looking at others and quite another to choose one's own workout routine by looking at others. Because everyone is physically different, you have to create your own workout routine accordingly. If that is not the case, there is no gain in profit.


There are two things you need to understand before choosing any workout. First of all, understand why you want to workout. Yoga - It is done to increase the overall strength of the body and to stay fit.


PILATES- Matte pilates are the best to strengthen the core body. In addition to toning the core body and abdominal muscles, lower abdomen, buttocks, this exercise strengthens the body. Moreover pilates brings flexibility to the body. In fact, machine pilates combine weight training and yoga exercises.


HIIT - a type of mixed exercise, a combination of high intensity workouts and low intensity rest. These are specific to different parts of the body.


Weight Training - Weight training strengthens the body. It strengthens both muscles and bones. But remember that weight training does not mean body building. This means toning the body and building muscle. I want a suitable diet with this exercise.
